Personal data connected to accounting, invoicing or statutory documentation may be retained for longer where required by applicable bookkeeping, tax or other legal obligations.
Where Innova Dynamics acts as processor, retention and deletion are governed by the customer’s instructions and the applicable data processing agreement.
